About loraine rawson
I am a BACP accredited counsellor of twenty years experience working with both individuals and couples and see people from the St Alban's, Watford and Northampton stakes. I am ten minutes from the train station which is thirty five minutes from King's Cross.
Sometimes we are troubled by our own behaviour and would like to do and be better. We may be puzzled by the way our lives have turned out. We would like things to be better but we don't know how. My aim is to help you heal from past hurt that may have more influence in your life than you would like, and so help you to increase your agency. I offer a safe place for you to be and explore yourself, without judgement, so that you can better accept who you have become and start to become who you can be.
I have worked in GP practices and for Relate, for Employee Assistance Programs, and supervised for a local counselling service, and continue to be an active family member of my local L.D.S. community.
I am a British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists ( BACP ) Accredited counsellor, which means I have undertaken a post qualification training in order to meet the highest standards of safety and training.
